A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING

Privacy & service scope

BugLens is an independent website QA service operated by Preyash Gandhi. This page explains how audit enquiries are handled and what the introductory packages cover.

Your audit enquiry

The request form collects your name, email address, website URL, selected package and any notes you choose to share. These details are stored to review your enquiry, contact you about the requested work and track its progress. Submitting a request does not start an audit, create a paid contract or take a payment.

Please do not include passwords, payment details, customer records or other sensitive information in the form. If protected-page access is necessary, we will agree a separate access process before testing.

Who can access your information?

Enquiries are available to the service owner in an authenticated Studio. The website uses its hosting provider’s infrastructure to store and process requests. Your enquiry is not displayed in the public sample report or shared with other visitors.

The service also stores a hashed request identifier derived from the network address, or email when a network address is unavailable, to limit repeated submissions. This version does not send automated confirmation emails.

Retention and requests

Enquiries remain stored until removed by the service owner. To request a correction or deletion, email buglens.team.contact@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request” and include the reference number if available. We will verify the request before changing personal information.

What an audit includes

Scope and limits

Package prices are introductory prices in INR. The scope, delivery date, final price and any applicable taxes are agreed before payment. Development work, penetration testing, exploit testing, exhaustive accessibility compliance assessments and legal certification are not included.

Testing cannot guarantee an entirely bug-free website. We commit to the agreed review scope and an honest report, not a minimum number of findings. Real-data submissions, protected pages and actions with external effects require specific permission.

Sample reports

The example report for northstar.example is entirely illustrative. It demonstrates report structure and interaction; it is not a real customer audit or a scan of any website you enter.
